Relief When You Need It Most
Remember that sharp, burning pain in the ball of your foot that stopped you mid-step? The one that made you think twice about taking a morning walk or standing through your kid's soccer game? We've been there. That's exactly why our founder, a physician who understands foot pain from both sides of the exam table, created these cushioning gel pads that work as hard as you do.
Â
How They Work Their Magic
Think of these as tiny pillows for the most hardworking part of your foot. The medical-grade gel sits right under the ball of your foot (where the metatarsal bones meet the ground) and redistributes pressure away from painful spots. The cushioning effect is immediate – many of our customers report relief within hours of first wear.
• Clever Toe-Loop Design – Slips around your second toe to keep the pad positioned exactly where you need it, even during long days on your feet
• Open Architecture – The breathable design allows air circulation, reducing moisture while still delivering full cushioning support
• Universal Fit – Designed to fit most foot sizes comfortably, with a thin profile that works in everything from athletic shoes to elegant heels
Â
Your Daily Comfort Routine
Getting started is simple: slip the loop around your second toe (the one next to your big toe), position the gel pad under the ball of your foot, and pull on your sock. That's it. The pad stays put throughout your day, whether you're standing at work, running errands, or dancing at a wedding. For the best results, start by wearing them for a few hours and gradually work up to all-day wear as your feet adjust to the support.
Pro tip from our customers: If you're planning vigorous activity like hiking or running, some folks like to secure the pad with a small piece of medical tape over their sock for extra insurance against shifting. Most everyday activities don't require this, but it's a handy trick for peace of mind.
Â
Built to Last (And Last)
These aren't throwaway solutions. With proper care, your metatarsal pads will be your faithful companions for months. Wash them by hand with mild soap and cool water, pat dry, and they're ready for another day. The medical-grade silicone gel maintains its cushioning properties through dozens of washes, making these pads both effective and economical.
When to replace: If you notice the gel losing its cushion or the toe loop stretching out, it's time for a fresh pair. With four pads in each package (that's two pairs!), you'll have backups ready or can rotate between pairs to extend their life even further.
Â
Who These Help
If you've been diagnosed with Morton's Neuroma, metatarsalgia, or sesamoiditis – or if you just know your feet hurt in the ball area – these pads offer the targeted relief you've been searching for. They're also helpful for painful calluses, post-fracture recovery, and general foot fatigue from long hours standing. Teachers, nurses, retail workers, and anyone who spends their day on their feet: we see you, and we've designed this for you.
Â
What's in the Box
• 4 gel metatarsal pads (2 pairs – marked L and R, plus I and D for Spanish speakers)
• Simple care instructions to keep them fresh
• Our promise: if these don't help you get back to doing what you love, we'll make it right
Â
A Note on Fit
These pads work inside your socks, not directly on skin. While the gel is naturally tacky, it grips best when both your foot and the pad are clean and dry. If you use foot lotion, apply it to your heels and toes but keep the ball of your foot lotion-free for optimal pad adhesion. The toe loop helps keep everything in place, though some customers with particularly loose-fitting diabetic socks find that a quick check-in adjustment mid-day keeps things perfect.
