These work very well. They stick and are very reusable if treated properly. My physical therapist told me if you drop a little cold water on the pads after use and wipe it down with your finger removing any hair or things that could have accumulated while in use.then wait about 5 minutes and put them back on the plastic backing, put back in the small ziplock baggie and place it in the refrigerator. This helps the stickiness to last longer. Plus, rub the spot you want to apply the pads too with alcohol to clean the area. I'll purchase more from them.
My friend had loaned me her professional unit to see if it would help with Sciatica pain. It really helped and I was considering ordering this expensive unit. We did some research on line and spoke with our Chiropractor. She suggested this we ordered and it does a fantastic job. It does not cure Sciatica but does the job of keeping muscles in back from drawing up and hurting. Allowed me to do house work, play cards with minimal pain.
Great product. Stickier than ones we have used in the past. Our Physical Therapists love them.
