HIGH ARCH GELS
Our High Arch Gels are expertly designed to provide relief from foot pain due to high arches, flat feet, or unsupported arches. Our gel material is soft, flexible, and durable for daily wear. The super-sticky adhesive helps it to stay in place during long days. Simply stick these gels into your favorite shoes (great for jogging or your beloved sandals), and say goodbye to unwelcome arch pain.

HOW TO WEAR
Our High Arch Gels are designed for all-day wear in your favorite shoes. For best results:
- Clean and dry the soles of your shoes before applying the gels. Any moisture will stop the adhesive from working properly.
- Carefully peel off the plastic backing, taking care not to touch the adhesive.
- Place on the desired location and firmly press down for 60 seconds to set the gels. Note: our gels are reusable, but they are stickiest the first time you use them - so take care to place them correctly.
- Go about your daily activities with happy, supported feet!
