i have a heal spur that sometimes hurts terribly. I put one of these on and it helps so much. Most days i dont have pain at all. I have worn the same one for a few months and it still fits like the first day. Would definitely would recommend.
Did have some slippage when i use the treadmill but helped my heels alot. Will buy again when needed.

Okay these were absolutely wonderful before I have my surgery to have my heel spurs removed.
I almost never leave reviews on products.... However, I JUST HAD TO!!!!! These Gel heel Protectors are the BEST I have tried. My heel spur pain went away almost instantly and I could finally stand long enough in the kitchen to finish all this Christmas Baking and Cooking.... I am 5'7 and 230 lbs, and this support my heels effortlessly. The package came with 4 heel protectors in total which is awesome so now I have a spear set. Will be ordering more and giving out to others who I know suffer from heel spurs! Its that great.... NO MORE PAIN whilst wearing!If you are in pain, please give these a try!
