I thought I had a neuroma but did not-regardless it helped me a lot to reduce the pain and discomfort. It is small enough and pliable enough that it fits comfortably in most shoes. I have a pre-trigger toe so this helps to raise up the joint and reduce the pain on the ball of my foot.
These are very comfortable and give the right amount of cover and padding for your aching feet. When worn under socks, they're soft, squishy and moldable and so comfy you forget you're wearing them!
I can't believe how well this worked. I seems to treat a very specific type of foot pain, so I'm not sure if it's for everyone. But for me, I was amazed how it immediately addressed the pain between my toes and foot. As others have said, it won't work for vigorous sports like tennis, so I just just remove it before I play.
